Perhaps they entered the phone number incorrectly… but attention to detail is necessary in business dealings. An email, phone call and/or text would have been appreciated. To date, we have not received a refund for over $500. My last two text messages to inquire about the refund have gone unanswered. We go to AMI often, and will not book with this group for any future trips.”
