This pertains to jet ski customers only renters are required to arrive one hour prior to departure time.
Youll need to bring the credit card you used to make your reservation and your government issued ID. The names on both must match.
Late arrivals are subject to reservation being cancelled without a refund.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all rental activities. However, if we need to cancel due to weather or lake conditions, we will alert you as soon as possible. At that point, we will discuss options.
